SHIPPING POLICY

Ordering Goods

All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.

When you submit an order to us through our website, you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order. You will then receive a second email from us acknowledging your order and giving you the shipping cost and estimated delivery time. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. You should check both emails and let us know if the shipping cost and delivery time are acceptable. Once you agreed with the shipping cost and delivery time, we shall then send you an invoice for payment. Your order will be accepted by us once we received your payment. Title of the goods will then be passed to you once the goods arrived at the shipping company.

Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT, tariff, tax & duties. Delivery charges are clearly stated through our confirmation e-mail.

Delivery

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our factory. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All items are subject to stock availability.

When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

We reserve the right to stop a delivery at any time, including after dispatch, if we suspect that the transaction might be fraudulent.

Shipping times vary greatly for items on back order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for items to arrive if items ordered are on back order. Normal shipping rates include 3-4 weeks for items ordered. Items not on back order include but are not limited to the standard shipping rates of 3-5 or 5-7 business days.

*The liability will be transferred to the logistic company and or consumer after the goods being sent to the logistic company and or its warehouse.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Most items ordered come with a 30 day return policy. Items must be returned and received by our logistics department within the allotted 30 days in order to receive a refund. Partial refunds will be issued minus shipping cost on items returned for reasons not involving broken or damaged items received or items not received.
